I Went to the Doctor Today...

And found I out my official due date has been moved to October 20th!!! I am now 15 weeks today:-) My doctor bumped it up because of the baby's size. I told her that this would be great if she could jut move me up a week everytime I had an apt....LOL! The baby's heartbeat was in the 150's. I was very thankful to have a good report this afternoon. Please keep praying for Baby Katsanis!!!

Happy Birthday Sarah and Kylie!

First of all I have to say WOW! I am blogging again. I am feeling much better now so hopefully you will see more blogs:-) This weekend we celebrated my sister Sarah and niece Kylie's birthdays. Sarah's is three days before Kylie's so all of us headed over to their new house for the weekend. The girls and I headed over Saturday morning. The first stop was at a Sweet and Sassy Boutique just for little girls. Kylie, Emily, and Ansley had appointments there to get updos, manicures, and make up. The salon was adorable and the girls absolutely loved it!! The people there make them feel so special and just like princesses!

Now it was Emily's turn...

All done!

They gave them lollipops to go and they were "walking on air"!

After that we stopped at a little gelato shop for an afternoon snack. Here the girls are splitting some berry gelato and bottled lemonade. It didn't take long for that to vanish!

Next we headed to Chuckie Cheese for games, pizza, and prizes! (per Kylie's request) I couldn't leave out the other birthday girl-having so much fun!
Giddy up Sarah!!!

The last stop of the day was heading back to Sarah and Trey's house for presents, cake, and ice cream. This year Kylie requested that Aunt Heidi make her birthday cake. She wanted a strawberry cake with white icing and princesses on it. Well, I am no cake decorater but for some reason she wanted me to make it! (I think my brother in law might have been behind this...LOL!) Both birthday girls blew out their candles and we had a great evening together! The girls and I ended up spending the night as did Audrey and Nick. All the grandparents headed home that evening. This morning we woke up, ate breakfast, and all went our separate ways. I think because I am so hormonal I cried when all three of us sisters literally took three different exits on the interstate to head home or go to church. I miss them terribly and wish we all lived in the same town but I am blessed to be located right in the middle of them:-) Thank you Sarah, Trey, and Kylie for such an awesome weekend. It went by too fast! We hope you had a wonderful birthday! We love you!

My Doctor Appointment

This morning I headed to my first doctor's apt. I had an ultrasound done. The baby's heartbeat was 167 hbm and was measuring 4-5 days ahead of schedule. I got to see the little arms and legs too:-) My due date is October 25th but after ultrasound the 20th. I am very thankful for a good report! Now I am ready for the first trimester to be over so I can feel better and have more energy!!! I am 11 weeks today so I am almost there!

Spring Break Getaway!

Monday morning we packed up and headed out of town to a resort for spring break. This was our first time trying this one out and it said it catered to children. Well I must say I was very pleased. It had 3 different water slides, a lazy river, water playground, 3 different pool areas, and much more!
Emily swinging on a rope to get water to come out of the top
Emily sliding down one of the slides-it took her two days to get the courage up to do this and then she went down it over and over!

We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it. It was only an hour from our house. My sister BB offered to babysit the girls one night so Andrew and I could go on a date (she lives close by) so we took her up on her offer. We had a great time! Thank you Auntie BB!!!

Resort Pictures of Our Room

Here are some pics of the room we stayed in-we had asked for a 2/2 room but they messed up and ended up giving us a 3/3 room. It was absoluteyl beautiful! We didn't even use the third bed and bath.
